Studio21 Architects Team 2 needs your support to meet their goal of $5,000 in donations. Visit and donate to the team or a particular driver at the following link:

Team 2 is the younger of our two teams and what they lack in track experience, they more than make up for in enthusiasm. The members of team 2 include: Kate, Jason, Rachel, Manho, Juan, and Liam.

Kate is the daughter of Studio21 Architects’ president, Bill Styczynski. She attended her first auto race at just two weeks old and often shares her birthday with the Indy 500. While never a driver herself, she spent several years volunteering as a corner marshall on race weekends. When her brothers didn’t step up to the challenge, she said “Put me in!”

Jason (husband to teammate, Kate) has always had a love of fast cars. Admittedly, this has gotten him into trouble a few times as a teenage driver. As a first responder, he has taken EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operation Course) training but was disappointed when a blizzard took away their day at the local club racing road course. Jason is excited to partake in this event.

Rachel is not only a teammate for this event, but she is also a work teammate to Jason. When this event was causually mentioned, she immediately wanted in. Rachel has proven she can keep up with the boys and is a force to be reckoned with.

Juan is the newest member of the Studio21 Architects staff. He recently graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has interned in our office. He is Studio21’s newest architect and he’s looking forward to his first race as a member of the team.

Manho has been at Studio21 Architects for longer than anyone can remember! He is a jack of all trades and keeps projects and the rest of our team running smoothly. If there is tech question that needs answering, he’s our go to guy! He’s also the captain of Team 2.

Liam is the youngest member of Team 2 and he is a student at Hinsdale South High School.

Team 1 consists of Bill, Chris, Mike, Nick, Tim and Jackson. A number of the drivers on this team have experience on the track and they are looking to outrace all of the other teams.

Bill is the principle architect for Studio21 Architects. He’s an accomplished racer and is looking to add another win to his belt. While Bill hopes his team turns in the best track time, he also hopes they are the number one fundraiser.

Chris is the CEO at Classic Cinemas. Since the theaters are currently closed, he is channeling his energy toward raising money for the homeless and writing super fun posts to help him do just that! Check out his Bio by clicking on the Team 1 link above.

Tim and Jackson are a father/son team. Jackson is a high school senior at WWS. Tim is a high school teacher at Lake Park High School.

The father and son team of Mike and Nick round out Team 1.

Thank you in advance for partnering with us to make a difference in our community. Stay safe out there!
